Experience

In addition to my private practice, I am currently the Clinical Director at Care first, a leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider delivering a range of workplace wellbeing and counselling services to employees of public and private sector organisations. I am also a serving member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy’s Workplace Division Executive.

I have previously worked as a therapist with various organizations in the public and voluntary sectors, including two NHS Trusts, Mind (the mental health charity), Relate (the relationship counselling charity) and the Dove Service (a bereavement counselling charity). I have also worked as the Counselling Service Manager for TalkingSpace Plus, the NHS’ IAPT (Increased Access to Psychological Therapies) service in Oxfordshire.
